Michelle received
her Master of Science Degree in Physical Therapy from the
University
of
Miami
in 1994. Michelle specializes in orthopedics ranging from
the young athlete to geriatric patient. She has a diverse background
working in hospitals, nursing homes, in patient, and out patient rehabilitation
centers. She integrates her knowledge of Pilates and
Yoga into her treatment methods. She continues to be involved in the local community. Michelle has completed the McKenzie neck and back courses and a Kevin Wilk shoulder course. Michelle is a certified senior strength trainer and has also taken on the role of clinical instructor.

Heather received her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Connecticut in 1994 and her Masters of Science degree in Athletic Medicine from the University of Florida in 2002. Heather specializes in orthopedic rehabilitation for the physically active. She has a diverse background working with Division I/III soccer, hockey and lacrosse athletes. While attending UF, she represented the Gatorade Exercise Sports Science Institute and provided athletic training coverage for P.K. Yonge High School in Gainesville, FL. She has also served the United States Olympic teams providing coverage for the Under 17 developmental hockey programs throughout several years. She integrates prevention, care and education within her treatment management while utilizing her manual therapy/massage skills. Heather also provides athletic training coverage for Burlington High School.
